    John, I have never seen black kale. Have you? If so, where? I like putting kale in my soups. Such a healthy green!!

      2 eggs, 2 oz. sausage
      handful of raw pecans and one date
      beef fajita meat, mixed greens, grilled green peppers & onions, lots of fresh pico, guac.
      handful of raw pecans and another date
      hamburger patty, lettuce, grilled onions, tomato, 1/2 sweet potato
      16 oz. decaf black coffee

      I have juiced it many times before... I guess like any other green?? A little bitter maybe... Its been a while But not noticeable flavor when in soup... you just know its healthy for ya :)

  3. BB Spark, 3 eggs
    Lunch 6 oz tiplia and 2 leafs of lettuce
    snack 1/2 bar of choc would have eaten it all but dog got the rest and I had to throw away.
    Dinner 3 oz tiplia, cucumer, 1 med avocado
    bad mood today. I am a better person than i have been today. Promise to be better tomorrow, Thank Goodness our God is a loving God that forgives weak people.

    Bf- egg whites and turkey sausage
    S- 1 boiled egg and 8 slices of cucumber
    L- tilipia, squash and zucchini, 1/2 sweet potato
    S (post workout)- boiled egg and 8 slices of cucumber
    D- broiled chicken breast, squash and zucchini, 1/2 sweet potato, lettuce, avocado
    gum, crystal light lemonade

    Boudin (could not resist)
