Mary Dickson / Head Coach
Mary
 is a native Texan that was born and raised in the Houston Area. Mary 
received an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the 
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2008. She was an avid participant in
 many sports in high school and went on to play college volleyball. She 
continued her education at the University by completing her Masters of 
Education in Exercise and Sport Science. She worked for Gatesville ISD 
as an assistant athletic trainer for two years before relocating to the 
Houston area. In addition to her work with high school and collegiate 
athletes, Mary has also worked with training women at Curves gyms and 
did an internship helping elderly achieve their fitness goals at a 
physical therapy clinic. She also worked at Crossfit Victorious in Tomball for 6 months.  Mary’s professional and personal interests 
include the effects resistance training and sport nutrition have on 
health, body composition, and performance. Mary has experience in 
helping improve the quality of life of everyone from stay-at-home moms 
trying to drop post-baby weight to elite athletes at a major university 
and she is passionate about helping you. She is certified and licensed 
as an Athletic Trainer and is currently working on her Certification as a
 Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mary has been married to her 
husband Sam for eight years and they have three beautiful children, Abbie 
Elizabeth (4 years), Micah Daniel (2 years), and Lily Renee (3 months).
