Getting Started

We get asked regularly, "How do I get started?" or "What's next?", so here it is:

First -
Look over our schedule and figure out a time that works well for you.

Second -
Text or call Mary to let them know you will be at the workout.  Or call the Church office and leave a message at 281-373-0202  

Third -
- Show up AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY on your first day so that we have time to get you to fill out a waiver and go over some of the basic movements in the warm-up with you.  
- Wear athletic shoes and clothes you can comfortably move in without exposing yourself.

What if I can't make it early?

Good question. It takes significant time to work with someone who is new to the movements, and because of this we will ask you to just sit back and watch if you show up late.

What about money?

We will gladly allow you to workout with us for a week or two with no financial obligations if you would like to try it out.  That said, there are pretty high costs associated with offering a program like this and we do have a mandatory start-up fee (goes to buying equipment for you) and monthly/quarterly "recommended donations" for people that decide to join us to help offset the costs.
