    I didn't actually eat set meals today. I grazed all day...

    30 grapes, 4 strawberries, 2 hard boiled eggs, banana, date and a handful of nuts, chicken breast, 2 pc. bacon, bowl of strawberries and blueberries

    8 oz. carrot juice, 80 oz. water

  5. Worked out today
    B- omlet with bacon eggs and pepper and a spark and a liporush (gnc)
    After workout eat a biscuit Jim had cooked for breakfast.
    L- shrimp salad and 5 shrimp cocktail and a unsweetened tea but added Splenda.
    D- BWW hot wings with one red bull sugar free feeling slow today
    And water. I'm proud of myself first time to eat wings and not drink beer. :)

    S: almond bar and 2 scrambled eggs with slices of ham an one biscuit
    L: tomato soup with slice of cornbread
    D: chipotle burrito with chicken bell peppers and onions brown rice pico de gallo black beans salsa corn dressing and cheese
    D: two cookies and ice cream
