    L: my dads juicy wonderful ribeyes, squash, daddys fresh green beans, salad cucumbers and unsweet tea.....mom made homemade banana pudding and I passed it up....it was so hard!!!!!

    1. I like that your dad cooks the Father's Day meal. Sounds like a tradition we need to start in my family.

    L- handful of raw nuts, field greens w/ avocado, pico, salsa, chicken, grilled onions, apple
    D- 2 ribs, 2 bites of deer sausage, chicken leg

    16 oz. of green tea, 16 oz. berry tea, 64 oz. water

    Lunch-pork chops chicken wings squash and zucchini and some fruit with water
    Dinner cereal with strawberries

    L: 3 grilled pork chops, about 6 chicken wings with HEB hot wing sauce (no sugar, but had some canola oil in it that I shouldn't have eaten)

  14. Breakfast: big bowl of fruit: banana, apple, grapes, strawberries
    Snack: some watermelon
    Lunch: 1 grilled pork chop, a lot of hot wings, salad with balsamic vinegarette, fruit salad with watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and strawberries
    Snack: 1 rolo
    Dinner: sausage
    Drinks: 4 waters and 2 diet dr. Peppers with rum

    B: two sausage and egg tacos with hash browns with a powerade
    S: sour gummy worms
    L: turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and personal size bag of Funyuns
    S: peeled shrimp with sauce
    D: steak and green beans w/ potatoes
    Also two cokes and some cake
    ( it was Father's Day)
