B: muscle milk L: 3 grilled pork chops, about 6 chicken wings with HEB hot wing sauce (no sugar, but had some canola oil in it that I shouldn't have eaten) D: grilled squash, zucchini, and brussel
Breakfast: big bowl of fruit: banana, apple, grapes, strawberries Snack: some watermelon Lunch: 1 grilled pork chop, a lot of hot wings, salad with balsamic vinegarette, fruit salad with watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and strawberries Snack: 1 rolo Dinner: sausage Drinks: 4 waters and 2 diet dr. Peppers with rum
Sunday B: two sausage and egg tacos with hash browns with a powerade S: sour gummy worms L: turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and personal size bag of Funyuns S: peeled shrimp with sauce D: steak and green beans w/ potatoes Also two cokes and some cake ( it was Father's Day)
