  3. Breakfast -2 boiled eggs
    Lunch-6 oz of roast and squash with water
    Dinner- cowboy stew I made it. GRASSFED hamburger meat squash zucchini stewed tomatoes green beans carrots onions peas corn and 1/2 of taco seasoning it was delish!!

    2 bottles of water


    I also push mowed the yard which was a workout :)

    S- sm. bowl of strawberries and blueberries
    L- 1/2 chicken breast mixed into a bowl of my yummy cali rice mixture which included onions, garlic, squash, zucchini, broccoli
    D- shepherd's pie- ground lamb and cali mashed and a field green salad w/ cherry tom., celery, radishes, olives, red and yellow bell peppers

    12 oz. green and 12 oz. berry tea and 60 oz. water
