    Lunch-tuna salad
    Dinner- cowboy soup minus the corn I picked them out because Mary said I was eating too much corn :)

    L- salad with spinach, lettuce, tomatoe, cabbage, broccoli, pico, avacado, mushrooms, 3 slices ham and dressing, 1 prune
    D- 3 sliders( 2 hamburger, 1 pulled pork with cole slaw), coke, ice cream sundae in a cute Astro's helmet.

    Time - 8:47 55# Thruster & Ring Rows Yesterday was a horrible workout for me, I was in tears halfway through. I did 2 extra Shoulder to OH the last four rounds because I lost track of what I was doing. Chalk it up to girl emotions I guess.
