Skill Work:
- Clean Practice

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 40 Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 20 Push- Ups
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 40 Squats
