- Joint Mobility
- 1 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Group Warm-Up:
- 500m Row

Strength:
- Front Squat (Week 3)

Conditioning:
5 Rounds -
- 100m Sled Drag (90/70)
- 15 Squats
- 30 Double Unders (60 Singles)
