    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 1 TSP Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, coffee
    L. Salad (spring mix and baby spinach. carrots, tomatoes, sprouts) w/ vinaigrette.
    D. ½ Ribeye stake with onions and mushroom cooked in Worcestershire sauce, Backed Zucchini and onions, glass of grapes and yeast aged together in a vat.
    S. Two Hand fulls of shelled peanuts

    Lunch tuna 4oz, 1/2 cucmber, celery,apple,table spoon of mayo, avocado,pickle, boiled egg, carrot (ate half and saved half for tomorrow)
    pistachios
    Dinner 6oz tiplia, cucmber, lettuce,carrott, hm vig. boiled egg
    snack before bed time boiled egg
    it was very cold today.
