    Bf- oatmeal with fruit in it
    L- chopped salad, handful of tortilla salad toppers, avocado, green salsa, 4oz chicken breast
    S- Protein Shake
    D- chopped salad, avocado, green salsa, topped with the remains of a soup gone wrong (chicken breast, corn, black bean, squash, zucchini, cilantro, salsa)
    Last but least-----took the girls for ice cream...and yes it was good! (It wasn't like Gringos good, but it will do)

    Video was pretty good, a little long, but the comments underneath were all over the place.

    l - roast, carrots, onions, celery on 1/2 cup steamed rice
    d - 2 plates of salad with ground beef, carrots, shoepeg corn, black olives, ranch dressing. 3 glasses of wine (over about 3 hours), 2 malbec, 1 cabernet

    Around nine I had a spark just to stay up.
