Warm-Up:
3 Rounds -
- 30 Double Unders or Attempts
- 15 Burpees

Strength:
- Back Squat (5 x 5)

Conditioning:
8 Rounds Tabata of:
- Squats
- DB Push Press
- Dips (Ring, Bar, or Box)
- Kettlebell Swings (50/35)

    8rounds squats, dead lifts with a 25# kb, jump ropes and the KB swing with a 25# kb for a count of 331
    B- sausage wrap
    L- 6" subway roast beef sandwich
    S- banana
    D- elk chili made with hamburger meat.
