Friday, October 10, 2014 - Day 5 of Partner Challenge & Octoberfest Heats

Ashley competes at 9:10, 12:15, & 3:15 tomorrow. 

John is at 9:30, 12:45, & 3:45.

    B= scrambled eggs, with bacon and onions, water
    BS= granny smith Apple, almonds water L= paleo chili, water
    D= spinach salad and mixed greens with chicken breast, pear, tomatoes, prosciutto, little blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, 1 piece wheat bread, with a little jelly, 1/2 quiche Lorraine, :-(
    water, water 2 cubes of sugar free gum Excersise: 43 minute fast walk

    B= protein shake
    L= salad greens, eggs, cranberries, cucumber, broccoli, almonds, vinaigrette dressing
    LS= a little trail mix
    D= chicken tortilla soup with an avocado

    No exercise, aside from a few push ups, resting for tomorrow's crossfit competition.

    L - 2 bowls of chicken soup

    D - fried fish, green beans, spinach salad. Small piece of 85% dark chocolate.

    L- 4oz chicken 1/2 c rice 1/2 c corn a boiled egg(that I was suppose to have for breakfast) and a granola bar
    S-apple with peanut butter
    D-beef tip in gravy over rice and a small piece of corn bread

    32 oz of water all day

    L: spicy chicken sandwich with a sweet tea
    D: Taco Bell: Mexican pizza and 2 tacos with a sweet tea

    Workout for the day: 40 squats 30 sit ups 20 push ups and a 10 minute walk

    Breakfast: 3 eggs with onions and peppers, 1/2 avocado.
    Lunch: 3 ham and lettuce wraps with mustard. Snack: almonds.
    Dinner: 2 beef hotdogs with chili and cheese, no bun, beans and a few fries.

    Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, 3 olives
    Lunch: two hot dogs with Rudy's BBQ suce, a tangerine, a few slices of cucumber and celery
    Dinner: grilled chicken with a tablespoon of chickfila sauce
    Workout: 15 minutes of speed walking

    no bb, spark, lunch 4oz chicken, pickle, dinner, 3 slices of pizza, 6 wings, 2 choc chip cookies, 5 kisses (so sorry partner promise to do better)
    ran with kids at park, did 6 strict press push ups 2 with Ethan on back.

    (Student teachers last day)
    L- Hamburger with mustard, ketchup, tomato, pickles, bag of funyuns and 1 sugar cookie and sweet tea (PTO provided lunch)
    D- 2 corn tortilla chicken fajitas, avocado, rice and 20 chips and water

    B= Shake= 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSPs Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water



    S= 1 protein bar and 15 almonds, water



    L= Kale medley salad with mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, 2 TBS Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, 2 TBS of Feta cheese. Water



    D= Small order of buffalo wings w/ spicy garlic sauce, celery and carrot sticks with ranch dressing , two beers.

    S - handful of wheat thins, 2 slices of Colby jack cheese, 2 slices of turkey
    D - 4 ribs, potato salad, Michelobe ultra

    L- 1 1/2 protein bar, 2/3 cup almonds 1 sm yellow apple

    D- 1/2 venison sausage, 1 sm hickey thigh, lettuce, cherry tomato, jalapeƱo, blueberries's
