    B= sweet potato hash, water
    L= paleo cauliflower soup, with bacon crumbles and green onions, water
    D= grilled chicken, salad with balsamic vinaigrette, meat balls, water, nut ball Exercise: 45 min = 6.25 mile bike ride

    B- 2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon
    L- hamburger patty w/ grilled onions & mushrooms, tom. slices, lettuce
    S- sm apple
    D- 1 southwest egg roll, chicken breast, 1 pc. bacon, lettuce, tomato slice, sweet pot fries
    Water, black cup of coffee

    B= 96 shake with 1 cup almond milk and 1 banana, 2 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water
    S= 1 protein bar, 15 almonds, banana
    L= Salad with carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 TBS Italian dressing, 2 TBS of Feta cheese. Water
    D= Two beef enchiladas, rice, beans , salsa, chips, water, large margarita

    Walked for an hour

    B-sausage biscuit with cheese a hash brown and a sweet tea
    L-8 oz of pork chop 1/2cup of sweet potato 1/2 cup of squash and zucchini and an apple with peanut butter and 2 chocolate chip cookies :( with water
    S- granola bar
    D-beef fijitas two bites of rice and a few bites of charro beans with half tea half lemonade

    L- banana, almonds, 3 small lettuce wraps w/ ham S- 3 small celery sticks w/pimento cheese,
    D- shredded b-q chicken, broccoli, coffee w/ almond milk

    Donnas workout: 3 sets of 10 push-ups 10 sit-ups 15 squats. 30 min walk
