    B- 2 eggs, 2 pc. bacon
    L- none
    D- fajita salad- mixed greens, fresh pico, guacamole, grilled peppers, onions, grilled chicken
    Water, one cup of black coffee.

    Angela's workout:
    30 minute walk/run interval 2.34 miles pushing a jogging stroller
    15 min - 3 rounds of 10 static push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 30 squats followed by plank series

    Snack= trail mix, protein bars, Apple, 2 fit aids, water, him
    D= subway sandwich, Turkey, ham cheese, lettuce, cucumber, spinach, salt and pepper

    L-shaggy dog sushi roll and 1-cup of chicken fried rice
    D-chicken fajita salad with lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, guacamole and grated cheese
    Coffee with creamer, water and 1 glass of red wine

    Lunch: hamburger pattie on lettuce leaf with avocado, steamed veggies,
    Dinner: stir fried veggies and chicken, lettuce with avocado.

    B- Roberts super food drink (acerola cherries, alfalfa, barley grass, beetroot and spinach leaves, chlorella, orange and lemon peels, purple dulse seaweed, rose hips, saccharomyces cervisae nutritional yeast, spirulina, wheatgrass)
    metamucil, orange juice, protein bar.

    L- Lettuce salad with grilled chicken, almonds, cucumber
