    L= Brisket, green beans, ranch style beans, 3 rolls, 1 beer

    L- handful of raw pecans
    D- eggplant w/ spaghetti sauce, grilled zucchini, squash and onions
    Water, 1/4 cup of black coffee

    B-scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon and two biscuits with gravy with coffe and water
    L-crispy chicken salad with water
    D-hamburger patty with gacamole and a protein shake

    D: salad with egg and vingerette dressing
    Exercise:
    2 minute max effort row- 600m
    5 min. Jump rope
    29min. Interval running

    L- Cliff bar, water
    D- Venison, Avocado, artichoke heart, blueberries, water

    Lunch: orange chicken and bejing beef
    Dinner: deer sausage
    Drinks: water and a small glass of milk
    Exercise: 40 min speed walk

    Kim's activity: 15 min stationary bike

    2:15 hours all together of shoveling a huge!! pile of dirt and wheelbarrow-ing it to the driveway. It took me most of the afternoon with breaks every other load. And spent about 20 min. with Chuck pushing three non running vehicles into new locations. It was a major workday and I felt it that night!
