    B- 2 eggs scrambled w/ sausage, pico, salsa
    L- 2 Tbls of chicken salad, Italian sausage w/eggplant, small leftover salad from last night
    S- 1 date, handful of raw pecans, 4 bites of a warm chocolate chip cookie (head hung low!)
    D- brisket, 3 ribs, cole slaw, green beans and okra
    Water, black coffee

    Angela workout:
    30-min run/walk interval with jogging stroller
    15-workout with walking lunges, air squats, sit-ups and strict push ups

    Exercise: 1 hour: jog on treadmill, squats, sit-ups, snatches with 25# db, ab workout, and stationary bike
