    B-protein shake (banana strawberries almond milk)
    L-8 oz chicken 1 cup of squash/zucchini 1 cup of green beans and a handful of almonds with craisians
    S-apple with peanut butter
    D- tilapia with 1 cup of squash/zucchini 1 cup of green beans
