    B= Shake: 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSPs Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water
    S= 1 protein bar
    L= 2 chicken tacos, rice, beans, chips and salsa, water
    D= Beef roast with mushrooms, mixed vegetables, stuffing 2 beers

    B: 2 slices bacon, 2 sausage links, L: side salad with Italian dressing, S: mixed nuts & pineapple slices, D- chicken breast, small fries, water.

    L- chicken fried chicken. No gravy. White rice, green beans, 1/2 toast.

    Breakfast: 2 pieces of bacon, 3 scrambled eggs and a small bowl of fruit
    Lunch: Caesar salad and a kashi bar
    Dinner: white chicken chili, 3 sweet potato fries and a half a slice of sugar free cheesecake
    Exercise: 15 minutes of speed walking and stair climbs
