    two bananas for reakfast with 2 cups of coffee
    few pieces of summer sasuage with crakers for lunch
    spaghetti for dinner
    drank water all day

    B= 2 eggs over medium, bacon, toast with jelly, water
    L= paleo butternut squash soup, water
    D= nut ball, paleo eggplant cannelloni, with turkey meat and onions and homemade paleo marinara, water
    Exercise: 47 min of 2.5 mile walk/ run

    B-protein shake (banana strawberries almond milk)
    L-8 oz chicken 1 cup of squash/zucchini 1 cup of green beans apple with peanut butter and a handful of almonds with craisians
    S-granola bar
    D- salad with tuna fish

    B= Shake: 96 shake with 1 cup almond milk, 2 TBS flaxseed and 1 banana,
    , 1 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water
    S= 1 protein bar, 15 almonds, banana
    L= Kale medley salad with carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 TBS Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, 2 TBS of Feta cheese, water
    D= 3 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, glass of wine

    L - 2 slices of whole wheat bread with mustard, HEB honey mesquite turkey, Colby Jack cheese and lettuce and grapes and diet Sierra Mist
    S - kind granola bar and handful of grapes
    D - pulled pork mini sandwiches on hawaiian rolls and a glass of cabernet
