2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up
then
"Tabata Something Else"
- Tabata Pull-Ups
- Tabata Push-Ups
- Tabata Sit-Ups
- Tabata Squats
Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There will be no rest between movements. In other words, when you finish the last round of Push-Ups you will have 10 seconds to switch to your first round of Sit-Ups.

Alright, bring on the Tabata fun :-) That guy looks exhausted!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the workout won't have the same effect on us. He's probably not in shape. :)

Knees on Push-Ups
Got most of my reps on Pull-ups and Sit-Ups. It would be interesting to do it again in a different order and see how it affects the numbers.
Pullups, situps, pushups then squats would be better :)
DeleteDefinitely. I would have probably had 50 more squats if they had been 2nd instead of last.
