Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Gymnastics WOD:
- Perform 100 Push-Ups
- Each time you break perform 5 Hollow Rocks

Conditioning:
3 Rounds -
- 60 Double Unders (200 Singles)
- 40 Squats
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
