  2. Ok..... today was totally a cheat day. Don't judge :-)

    Bf: 3 eggs on bread
    L: grilled chicken sandwich
    S: 1 pack fruit gummies
    D: Cobb Salad (lettuce, avocado, cheese, bacon bits, eggs, ranch), a few chips and green sauce ( ok maybe more than a few)
    S: ice cream

    B- 1 1/2 eggs w/ pico, grilled onions, spinach
    L- salad w/ field greens, avocado, celery, cherry tom., green bell pepper
    S- 3 apricot pcs. and handful of raw walnuts, one bite of bacon (at Sams Club-sample)
    D- steamed squash, zucchini, green beans, carrots and 2 pc. of baked chicken

    12 oz. green tea, 12 oz. berry tea, 60 oz. water

    Lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
    Snack: popcorn
    Dinner: ramen

    L- Spinach, oil & vinegar, avocado, cherry tomatos, nitrate free sausuage *
    S- 3 Saltine crackers, 3 snack size cheese slices, 4 pieces of pepperoni, brownie bite, and there may have been a mini donut involved *Painting with a Twist night*
    D- 3 oz of filet, 4 shrimp en brochette, wedge salad including the amazing blue cheese it comes with, and green beans
    1 Gallon of Water

    L: mediocre turkey and brisket from Goode company with a side of slaw and beans.
    D: 3 oysters Rockefeller, wedge salad with bleu cheese, filet with crab, shrimp and lobster topping with side of asparagus. All excellent from Truluck's.

    D: piece of pepperoni pizza, 3 mini donuts, crackers with cheese, 3 glasses of wine, chips and salsa (ladies night out - so worth it)
