B- one egg, 2 pc. bacon L- salad w/ mixed greens, carrot shreds, celery, olives and 4 oz. filet and 4 bites of lobster S- handful of mixed raw nuts D- 1/2 sweet pot. and 2 bites of fried catfish
B: Muscle Milk L: about 8oz total of turkey, brisket, sausage, and ribs with a little sauce. side of cole slaw D: 8oz Filet with side of sauteed veggies and half a baked sweet potato with a little butter and cinnamon.
Breakfast: bacon, egg, and cheese taco Lunch: pepper sausage, a few ribs, cole slaw and some BBQ sauce Snack: 3 slices of watermelon Dinner: lots of Mac n cheese Drinks: lots of water and a black coffee
b-protein shake s-6 oz of brisket and sausage and a rib (spring creek/no sauce) l-small mixed salad, grilled salmon, mixed veg d- 8 oz pulled pork and no potato salad
