    Dinner- turkey with green beans

    I drank tons of water today but wasn't very hungry

    L-Sante Fe chicken salad from Chili's, blackberry tea
    D- 2 fried chicken strips, fried okra, grilled yellow squash, zucchini, onion
    35 oz water, unsweetened peach tea

    swam, ran a mile, did the warm up workout.

    B- one egg, 2 pc. bacon
    L- salad w/ mixed greens, carrot shreds, celery, olives and 4 oz. filet and 4 bites of lobster
    S- handful of mixed raw nuts
    D- 1/2 sweet pot. and 2 bites of fried catfish

    L: about 8oz total of turkey, brisket, sausage, and ribs with a little sauce. side of cole slaw
    D: 8oz Filet with side of sauteed veggies and half a baked sweet potato with a little butter and cinnamon.

    Unsweetened tea with lunch. water all day.
