For those of you new to the blog, I occasionally post recipes that look good and are very healthy. To get to the actual recipe you can click on the dish name or the picture. The fact that I have posted it does not necessarily mean that I have tried it and can vouch for it personally, so if you have any comments on the recipe feel free to add them below.

I did run a mile in 10:29. I know horrible, but it was very hot and humid and I could not get my breathing under control.

**Just a note... everything has been, is and will be cooked in coconut oil

coconut oil is always a healthy oil and has a good flavor, but if you are ever looking for something that won't flavor the food and is still pretty healthy, grapeseed oil will work as well. It's also a lot cheaper.
DeleteI have used grapeseed oil in the past. Most of the paleo and Whole30 recipes I have familiarized myself with call for the coconut oil. I actually enjoy it. :) But, thanks for the tip!
