- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Group Warm-Up:
- Coach's Choice

Strength:
- Front Squat (Week 2)

Conditioning:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3:
- Push-Ups
- Wall Ball Shots

    Still finish last but I did full round and I am getting stronger ever day and that is what it is all about. Love John wanting me to do better and teaching me each step to grow and not giving up on me. Thank You John

    2. John said you set cut off for 12 minutes and you would be upset because he let me finish. I know you really would not but he said not to tell you he let me keep going. It was really hard but I did finish and did full rounds.
