    L/S- banana, handful of walnuts and pecans, lara bar, 10z. bag of Cheddar Bunny crackers
    D- 1/2 spinach power salad and cup of basil tomatoe soup, bread (Panera)
    unsweetened tea

    Bf- oatmeal, 1 spark
    S- boiled egg, 8 baby carrots
    L- tilapia, squash and zucchini, 1/2 sweet potato
    S- (post workout) boiled egg
    D- fajita chicken meat, spinach, avocado, cucumber, 1 spoonful of salsa
    S- apple

    B- 2 eggs, with veggies and a slice of bacon, 4 bites of honeydew melon, 10 grapes, 1 strawberry, 2 thin slices of an orange, decaf coffee
    L- 2 oz. cole slaw- mainly cabbage and carrots, squeezed out most the dressing, 4 chicken tenders- tried to remove the breading
    S- 5 pecan halves
    D- grilled 6 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato
