B- 2 eggs, with veggies and a slice of bacon, 4 bites of honeydew melon, 10 grapes, 1 strawberry, 2 thin slices of an orange, decaf coffee L- 2 oz. cole slaw- mainly cabbage and carrots, squeezed out most the dressing, 4 chicken tenders- tried to remove the breading S- 5 pecan halves D- grilled 6 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato
