    L. Salad with hardboiled egg and vinaigrette dressing.
    D. Chicken with calorie free BBQ sauce, steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans and kale with nuts and cranberries and Wine
    S. Glass of wine while setting in the hot tub to relieve the pain in my legs.
