    The inside of 3 bacon and egg burritos (no tort.), pico
    banana, small bowl of strawberries and grapes
    2 6oz. cups of decaf black coffee
    2 plates of salad and chicken, no dressing, no add ons
    small handful of raw pecans, 1/2 date
    2 oz. of chicken
    grilled onions and small hamburger patty

  4. Bf- oatmeal with fruit
    S- cashews, raw broccoli and carrots with a little veggie dip
    turkey sandwich meat, 4 chic fila nuggets, handful of potato chips, mixed fruit, broccoli and carrots with a little veggie dip, more cashews, zone bar( all eaten sporadically over the course of our basketball tournament)
    D- chopped salad with chicken breast, lemonade
    diet dr pepper---first one this week :-(

    To sangria Reds, six small glasses of vodka and cranberry juice midnight visit to water burger one egg potato and cheese to Quito Hashbrowns Dr Pepper
