Chicken with calorie free BBQ sauce, steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans and Kale with nuts and cranberries. D. Cod with zucchini and yellow squash, salad with Feta cheese and vinaigrette dressing. S. Hand full of shelled peanuts, 4 OZ protein drink. I was a good boy in the hot tub today Mrs. F. 100 set-ups, 50 push-ups, 150 crunches, 300 singles (took breaks in between sets)
B- 2 eggs with onion and spinache, 2 cups coffe with cream L- 4 piece kids meal at Chick fila , lg sweet/unsweet tea D- Lg Salad with grilled chicken, unsweet tea S- 1 truffle ( made of almond butter, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, 1 T. maple syrup, unsweetened coconut rolled in almonds)
B- handful of raw nuts and 3 raisins L- one egg, 4 grapes, 2 apple slices, decaf coffee S- 4 mini carrots sticks, 2 mini celery sticks, 4 cherry tomatoes D- tilapia fish, sweet pot. fries, and cabbage, handful of raw nuts
Saturday s meal B/ bean and eggs burrito and coffee L/ number 19 at rancito not sure what to call it. Meat and onions and tomatoes with water D/ three light beers and a roll
B: coffee, 3 eggs L: hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, sweet potato fries, tea with 1 sweetner D: a little popcorn, 12 wings, 1/2 coke zero
