    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 1 TSP Flax seed, coffee
    L. Chicken with calorie free BBQ sauce, steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans and Kale with nuts and cranberries.
    D. Cod with zucchini and yellow squash, salad with Feta cheese and vinaigrette dressing.
    S. Hand full of shelled peanuts, 4 OZ protein drink. I was a good boy in the hot tub today Mrs. F.
    100 set-ups, 50 push-ups, 150 crunches, 300 singles (took breaks in between sets)

    L- 4 piece kids meal at Chick fila , lg sweet/unsweet tea
    D- Lg Salad with grilled chicken, unsweet tea
    S- 1 truffle ( made of almond butter, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, 1 T. maple syrup, unsweetened coconut rolled in almonds)

    L- one egg, 4 grapes, 2 apple slices, decaf coffee
    S- 4 mini carrots sticks, 2 mini celery sticks, 4 cherry tomatoes
    D- tilapia fish, sweet pot. fries, and cabbage, handful of raw nuts

    L/ number 19 at rancito not sure what to call it. Meat and onions and tomatoes with water
