    L/ brisket with green beans, cabbage , okra and stewed tomato , and 2spoonfuls of corn water
    D/ chili ( homemade elk chili without elk) water
    Then on the way home from Bryan Jim Made me eat a small dip cone from dq. I have been feeling bad and he told me it would make me feel Better!!!!!

    dinner 6 oz tiplia, green beans with bacon, lettuce wedge with cucumbers
    2 bites of dark chocolate

    L- Lettuce/spinach salad with grilled chicken, sauteed onions and peppers, avocado
    D-Meatballs, avocado, 2 T. chocolate mousse

    S- 12 oz. black coffee, date, handful of raw pecans
    D- 6 oz. chicken breast, steamed green beans
    S- handful of raw pecans

    D- 4 chicken tenders, tator tots, coke zero

    I did good all week and blew it....so stupid
