    lunch 6 oz tiplia, avocado, celery,
    snack 2 small dark choc pieces
    dinner taco soup with black eyes peas
    pistachios and choc shake adovcare at 5 pm
    looks like alot but does not feel that way. First Class of Crave
    Praying it will help with diet.
