    L-cheeseburger with half bun, tomato, pickles and red onion, baked beans and potato salad
    S-birthday party cupcake
    D-hamburger patty, steamed squash, zucchini and broccoli

    10 min HIIT workout

    LS= fruit snack, water
    D= few bites of chicken salad, water
    Exercise: 35 min of a 2.25 mile walk/run

    B= 3 egg omelet with onion, bell pepper, ham and feta cheese. 2 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water
    L= 6 jalapeno poppers 6 beers. 1 bite size brownie
    D= none
    Stationary bike for 15 minutes. Mowed the yard.

    D- venison, artichoke, bbq sauce, small piece of blueberry cobbler.

    B- 1 sope (corn dough, beans, ground beef), sausage and eggs.
    L- 1 grilled chicken wing, cucumber, spinach, cherry tomato and sweet potato fries.
    D- 3 corn homemade quesadillas (panela cheese) homemade salsa.
    S- 85% dark chocolate

    Chicken breast on an english muffin with coffee for breakfast
    no lunch
    small piece of chicken and a few crab legs for dinner (the wynn has the worst buffet in vegas)
    drank beer and water all day
