Tuesday, October 14, 2014 - Day 9 of Partner Challenge

    B: yogurt
    L: hot pocket with a bag of chips and cookie
    AS: pretzels
    D: nachos with a beer

    Water all day long!!

    Workout: 30 minute jog on the treadmill

    B= Shake: 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSPs Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee



    S= 1 protein bar and 15 almonds



    L= Kale medley salad with mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 TBS Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, 2 TBS of Feta cheese. Hand full of grapes.



    D= Vegetable soup: carrots, zucchini, celery, onion, and a protein drink

    L-parmesan crusted tilapia, dirty rice, pinto beans and green beans
    S-1/4 cup dark chocolate covered pomegranate
    D-jalapeƱo cheese and crackers, iceberg wedge salad with tomatoes, bacon crumbles and blue cheese dressing
    2 cups coffee with creamer, water and one glass of red wine

    Breakfast: 1 sausage, 1 cup black tea, Snack: Apple, 1 handful mixed nuts, Lunch: grilled shrimp dinner, Dinner: Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, 1 biscuit. Water all day.

    Lunch: paleo spaghetti sauce and an apple
    Dinner: Cobb salad with chicken and spicy dressing
    Drinks: black coffee, water, and unsweet tea

    Exercise: 30 min walk/jog

  12. B= venison sausage, scrambled eggs, with hot sauce, water, coffee little bit of cream and sugar
    L= Paleo chili with turkey meat, water
    LS= piece of fresh French bread
    D= chicken breast and asparagus, lots of water
    Exercise: 48 minutes of: 1.1 mile run ( ran whole thing) :-) 2.2 mile walk/run

    B- scrambled eggs w/ground beef, spinach, onion, green pepper, coffee w/dollop of almond milk

    L- 2 piece rotisserie chicken, fresh spinach, fresh jalapeƱos, nuts

    D- nuts and green (veggies and fruit) juice

  15. Renee Black Coffee, Strawberries, 1/2 banana, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, avocado, salmon, broccoli slaw

    Margie 2 koachle sausage and cheese, 3 eggs and 4 oz of sausage, nuts, celery, carrots, chicken salad, apples, cheese, and 3 choc chip cookies(made it all day being good and failed at 10pm.)
