    S- 3 dates and one big handful of raw pecan halves
    D- 1/4 of red and green bell pepper, one celery stalk, 4 olives, 4 cherry tom., serving of eggplant and sausage strata

    L- The other half of Ms. Jessica's chilean sea bass, bed of spinach, two slices of grilled veg, 4 sprears of asparagus--a two bites of a fritatta--good but I don't know what it was
    S- 12 raw almonds
    D-protein shake

    L-salmon, 1 pc chicken finger, salad(lettuce, apple, blueberries, pecans, avacado, braggs dressing),green beans, cauliflower rice
    D- 3 lettuce wraps with chicken finger and mustard
    S- 2 cookies( I made them to send to Emily..had to taste)
    Drinks- 70 oz. water, chia tea latte
