    Drinks- sparkling water with grapefruit, 1 chia tea latte, 48 oz. water

    L- one date, 7 pecan halves, small portion of sausage and eggplant
    S- date and 8 pecan halves
    D- 4 bites of raw butternut squash, 5 bites of venison butternut squash chili (way too spicy!) and small salad w/ field greens, cherry tom., olives, orange bell pepper, celery, avocado

    32 oz. berry tea, 44 oz. water
