- Light Jog
- Joint Mobility
- 3 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Strength:
- Power Clean (Find 1RM)


Conditioning:
6 Rounds (Each in 2 Min.) -
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Squats
- AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots or Box Jumps

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
