- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Skill Work:
- Hang Squat Clean

Conditioning:
5 Rounds for Time:
- 400m Run
- 5 Hang Squat Cleans (155/105)
- 15 Push-Ups
