Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- 50 Double Unders or 100 Singles
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Group Warm-Up:
- 100m Burpee Broad Jump

Conditioning:
CrossFit's Cindy -
AMRAP in 20 Minutes of -
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Squats
