Somehow, with everything else going on lately I completely missed that today, July 6, 2013, is CrossFit for Cures. 1000's of gyms around the world are doing the workout below and helping raise funds to find cures for catastrophic children's illnesses.
We definitely would have registered and helped raise funds if I had thought about it, and if you are looking for a good cause to donate to, I would still recommend that you check this out. Even though we weren't able to participate as a gym officially, if you would like to make any donations in the morning we will send 100% of the money their way. 100% of the money this year goes to St. Jude's:

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.
Post detailed workout results and food logs to comments.
I will not be at the workout tomorrow my foot is still hurting and the challenge starts Monday and can't aford it bothering me on Monday. Have a great workout.
