    D- lots of chips and green sauce :-), 1 nacho chip with beef, 1/2 egg roll, 1 mini beef empanada, 1 chicken flauta, coke zero

    In an attempt to even it out....I worked out
    30 minutes high impact step up routine
    100 situps
    300 Oblique Twists
    60 squats
    60 thrusters (25#)
    30 pushups

    B. 3 eggs cooked with coconut oil
    L. 2 beef tacos el cabon, ½ order green chili rice, small bowl of bean soup, nachos and salsa, and a peppermint.
    D. Protein drink
    S. Nothing
    75 set-ups, 45 push-ups, 150 crunches, 300 singles, ran 2 laps at Zube park, but not sure how far that is.

    Dinner 4 oz of tiplia, green beans with pieces of sauage and lettuce, vigrette dressing, almonds.
