- Light Jog, 250m Row, or Double under practice
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds standard warm-up

Group Warm-Up:
- 20 Tuck Jumps (Alternate Full & Partial Squat)
- 100m Broad Jump (practice bounding)

Strength:
- Week 2 Wendler - Strict Press

Conditioning:
3 Rounds -
- 300m Run
- 15 Burpees
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSP Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee
    L. Salad: baby spinach, carrots, tomatoes, celery, bell peppers, jicama and vinaigrette.
    D. 1 Ancho Chile Braised Country Style Pork Rib, ½ baked sweet potato.
    S. Banana, protein bar
