    L. Salad w/baby spinach leaves, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, black olives, peas, radishes, 4OZ of grilled chicken and vinaigrette dressing.
    D. 1 fillet of blacken salmon, steamed carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
