Conditioning:
AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 7 Power Snatch (95/65)
- 7 Box Jumps (30/24)

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 21 Double Unders
- 7 Back Squats

    Frustrating workout....box jumps got me then double unders....no better way to top this kind of day!
