Warm-up
50 double under attempts 
4 rounds:
-5 push-ups
-10 shoulder touches
-10 mountain climbers
-5 PVC pass throughs

Strength
EMOM for 8 minutes
-5 Power Cleans (increase weight as needed)

Conditioning
10 minute AMRAP of:
-5 burpees
-10 KB SDHP
-15 KBS
