Spicy Kale and Mushroom 'Cannelloni'


Workout Time: 6:30 PM ONLY

Warm-up -
- Jog to road and back
- 200 unbroken singles in less than 2 minutes
- Joint Mobility (wrists)
- 1 round Std Warm-Up

then

Strength -
- Push Press (weights and reps at the gym)

then

Conditioning -
20 - 15 - 10 - 5 -
- Burpee Box Jump Overs
- 2x Sit-Ups

    L- 2 dates and handful of nuts, small bowl of eggplant strata
    D- eggplant strata and salad w/ field greens, celery, radishes, bell pepper- red & green, olives, cherry tom. 2 dates and a handful of nuts

    Water 55 oz., 8 oz. hot berry tea
