Warm-Up:
- Jog to Road and Back
- 100 Singles
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds standard warm-up

Final 1:
- 400m Sprint for Time

Final 2:
- 6 attempts to find 1 RM Push Press

Final 3:
For Time -
- 250 Singles
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups

    225# - ugh. Having elbow and shoulder pain
    4:48 - could probably gain a couple of seconds on squats and could still cut 20-30 off pull-ups...especially if I wasn't messing with a band.

    Still blown away by mary's 4:27
